February 9th 2005 Vicente Fox Quesada President of Mexican Republic Los Pinos Mexico City Dear President Fox, First I would like to give you a cordial greeting. I am writing to express my concern about the reduction of funds for the education in Mexico. Young people like me are preparing for a succesful university course to create a better future to Mexico. Whereas poor people haven't got enough resources to study in a good university. I have heard about the reduction of funds and I think that we need a good education to develop and get better jobs that will contribute to the progress of Mexico. In Mexico there is big a necessity of investigating and making a lot of experiments as well as we need a new future, in adittion, we are falling in ignorance, violence, delinquency, insecurity, that is the result of lack of education, culture and opportunities. We are "the tomorrow" we can make a change in this way but it isn't simple. To summarize, poor teenagers haven't got the opportunity to study in a good university like us. If Mexico goverment reduces the budget, how can we expect a better future? With more loans and debts? I don't think so. On balance; we need enough education centres to continue with our education and scholarships because constructing a better country is in our hands, in our training, just give us a change to fix this economic crisis in this country, give us an opportunity to prove our skills. It is all that we need : Support! Respectfully,
